These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases made through Alex Tigg (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. General Information

All photographic prints sold on this website are made to order, produced individually by hand, and created using premium materials. Each product may vary slightly due to its handmade nature.

2. Pricing

  • Delivery costs are not included in the listed product price and will be calculated at checkout.

We reserve the right to update pricing at any time.

3. Production Timeframes

Because all prints are produced to order:

  • Standard production time is 7-10 Business Days.

  • Production may take longer during busy periods.

  • Orders begin production only after payment has been received.

4. Shipping, Delivery & International Duties

  • UK delivery charges will be shown at checkout.

  • International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs fees, and other local charges associated with receiving goods in their country.

  • We cannot predict or control these costs.

Couriers

UK Delivery: All orders within the United Kingdom are shipped via Royal Mail, using tracked services to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

International Delivery: Orders shipped outside the UK are handled by DHL Express or DHL’s international parcel service, providing secure and fully trackable delivery worldwide.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Because all prints are custom-made to order, we operate a no returns, no exchanges, and no cancellation policy once production has begun.

Damaged Goods

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Please email us alextiggphoto@gmail.com within 48 hours with photos of the damage and packaging.

  • We will replace the item free of charge.

  • Refunds are not offered for damaged goods; replacement only.

This policy applies to UK orders only.

6. Care & Maintenance

To protect your print and maintain quality:

  • Avoid hanging in direct sunlight, high humidity areas, or near heat sources.

  • Handle prints with clean hands and avoid touching the printed surface.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, framing, or display.

 

7. Copyright & Image Use

  • All images, artwork, and digital content on this website are Copyright to Alex Tigg.

  • Purchasing a print does not transfer copyright.

  • Prints are for personal use only.

  • Commercial use, reproduction, scanning, redistribution, or digital duplication is strictly prohibited without written permission.

  • this site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, re-sold or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose that is not expressly permitted by Blacklist.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously and all information collected will not be sold, rented or released to any entities or individuals outside of Alex Tigg.

  • Order details

This information is used solely for processing your order, delivery, and customer service. Unless agreed otherwise in the order process.

  • We never share, sell, or distribute your data to third parties except where required for fulfilling your order (e.g., shipping couriers and payment).

9. Payment Security

All payments made through our website are processed using Squarespace’s (The website host) secure, integrated checkout system. This system uses industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect your information.

  • We do not receive, store, or have access to your full payment card details at any time.

  • All sensitive payment information is handled exclusively by Squarespace and its approved payment partners.

  • Your data is encrypted during transmission, ensuring that your payment is processed safely and securely.

By completing a purchase, you agree to the payment provider’s terms as well as these Terms & Conditions.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Delays caused by third-party couriers

  • Customs delays or charges

  • Customer mishandling or improper display of prints

  • Colour variations due to screen differences

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

 

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
